We have returned the house to original Arts and Crafts colors.  We replaced the asphalt brick siding with clay colored vinyl, installed new white double-hung, energy efficient replacement windows and refurbished the front porch and columns.   The roof was painted black.  The porch roof was re-shingled and new white gutters and downspouts were installed. The front walk was removed and replaced with a flower lined pea gravel and stepping stone walk way.  The street steps were repaired and the retaining wall rebuilt.  The garage in back was painted and the roof and doors repaired.
